To get married in Legal Hindu Wedding ceremony couple should submit:

Indonesian citizen documents:
- copy of ID/KTP
- copy of birth certificate and KK (kartu keluarga)
- copy of divorce/death certificate (if applicable)
- Letter NI-N4 (surat Nikah) – must be original

Non-Indonesian citizen documents:
- copy of ID/passport
- copy of birth certificate
- copy of divorce/death certificate (if applicable)
- copy of Hindu baptism certificate from PHDI
- Certificate of No Impediment (CNI) – must be original

Additional documents that bride and groom should also prepared:
- copy of detail of passport/ID/KTP of your two witnesses
- photographs 4×6 (passport size) – bride and groom together, head and
shoulder only and looking straight ahead. Please remember when making
this photographs that they will be attached to your wedding
certificate and for that reason should be as good as possible
